Finished appearance. The backs shall
be joined without gathers, puckers or
pleats. The folded edge of the left
vent shall be in line with the center
back seam. In the finished coat, the
left back shall overlap the right back

bottom edge of the coat, and the left
vent shall be 1-3/8 to 1-1/2 inches
wide, measured at the bottom bound
edge. The backstitching across the
top end of the vent shall not be
through vent lining.
