be pressed smooth and flat, creasing
at the backarm and forearm. The
backarm crease shall be on the backarm
seam.
21 Hem yoke and front lining.
Finished appearance. The hem shall be
uniformly stitched, uniform in width,
and shall finish smooth and flat
without twists, gathers, puckers or
pleats. The hem shall be 3/8 + 1/8
inch wide.

22 Make center pleat in yoke lining.
