15. Block caps.
Finished appearance. The caps shall be
uniformly blocked and shall not be
distorted in the blocking.
16. Position socket holes and attach buttons
and chin straps.
Finished appearance. The chin strap
shall fit smooth and snug to band of cap
without twists or distortion.
