Finished appearance. The lining
shall be properly and carefully
aligned and seamed to the facing so
that in the finished vest, the
lining shall be smooth and flat
along the facing without creases,
bulges, overlapping of excess
material, or other defect or
distortion. The eyelet opening
shall not gap or be distorted.
