19 Press sleeves.
a. Turn the sleeves right side out
and assemble in pairs. Press the
lower half of sleeves smooth and
flat, creasing at the forearm and
backarm. The backarm crease shall be
on the backarm seam. Remove basting
at lower end of cuffs.
20 Assemble collar interlining.
a. The collar interlining assembly
shall consist of one ply of laminated
cotton buckram, and one ply of twill
or plain weave polyester and one ply
of mylar plastic.
