Make cuffs.
Finished appearance. The cuffs shall
be uniform in appearance, shall
finish smooth and flat without
twists, gathers, pleats, puckers or
other distortions. The piping shall
be evenly worked out and shall extend
uniformly 1/8 inch beyond the seamed
edges of the sleeve cuff.
a. The cuffs shall be made of one
ply of the material specified in
3.3.2, piped with material specified
in 3.3.5.
b. Position the strip of piping
