Assemble shoulder straps.
c. Trim (basic material) of shoulder

outer row edge of the embroidery.

Assemble collar.
Finished appearance. The collar
shall be assembled without twists,
gathers, puckers, or pleats. The
eyelets shall be well worked with the
purling on the outside of collar, and
shall finish with a 1/8 inch diameter
opening with the purled edge away
from the opening. The basic material
shall extend uniformly 1/8 inch
beyond the synthetic gold border at
the top and side edges.
