12 Seam sleeve at forearm.
Finished appearance. The forearm
seam shall finish smooth and flat
without twists, gathers, puckers, or
pleats and shall start and finish
evenly.

flat with a heated pressing iron.
c. Mark the sleeve end for turn up.
Mark the sleeves for positioning the
braid with the pattern marker.
13 Baste wigan reinforcement to sleeve.
Finished appearance. The wigan shall
be positioned and attached to provide
reinforcement and body to the end of
the sleeve and sleeve ornament
without causing distortions to the
end of the sleeve.

indicated by the pattern.
