that the fold will be on the bias
and one of the inseam sides is in
the direction of the warp.

waistband linings and the buckram
for the waistband interlining on

twill and buckram specified herein.

sufficient length to comply with

Replacement of damaged parts.
a. Replace at time of cutting any
part of the trousers containing
holes; seriously weakening defects
such as smashes, multiple floats,
loose or weakened slubs, etc.,
expected to develop into holes;
shade bars and dye streaks; or
unsightly slubs, etc., affecting
appearance.
b. Replace any part damaged during
the manufacturing process by needle
chews which may develop into a
hole, scissors or knife cuts,
tears, holes, mends, burns, and
large exposed drill holes.

Shade marking.
a. Mark or ticket all component
parts (see 3.6.3) cut from one
piece of basic material, except
those parts cut from ends (see
1.c), to ensure uniform shade and
size throughout the trousers.
b. Adhesive type shade tickets,
when used, shall be adhered to the
inside of the trousers.
