1/ Test for tackiness. At room temperature (60o to 80oF), press a
piece of tissue paper against the lacquered surface for 30
seconds, using any pressure capable of being exerted by the
thumb and two fingers. The tissue shall not adhere to the
lacquered surface, but shall be free when pressure is
released.
4.4.1.1. Sampling. Sampling of component shall be as follows.
The lot size for these sampling tests shall be as specified in
MIL-STD-1490. If one or more sample units fail to meet test
requirements listed below, the lot represented shall not be
acceptable.
