NOTE:
If the condition of the material defects or the
workmanship damage is nonweakening and inconspicuous and
has a negligible effect on serviceability, the material
defects or the workmanship damages shall not be
classified as defects. If the condition of the material
defects or the workmanship damages is definitely
weakening and conspicuously located the material defects
or the workmanship damages shall be classified as
specified herein.
