Tolerance on all measurements except chest: ± 1/2 inch.
Tolerance on full chest dimension: ± 1 inch.

Measure the chest with the slide fastener closed from folded
edge to folded edge at the base at the armhole.

Measure the back length at the center back from the base of
the knit collar, at the joining seam to the bottom edge of
the knit waistband.

Measure the sleeve length along the underarm seam from the
armhole seam to the bottom edge of the knit cuff.
3.8. Workmanship. The finished jackets shall conform to the
quality and grade of product established by this specification.
3.9. Recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable
materials. Recycled, recovered, or environmentally preferable
materials should be used to the maximum extent possible provided
that the material meets or exceeds the operational and
maintenance requirements, and promotes economically advantageous
life cycle costs.
